"...at Bargain Network. It is a 4 bedrooms, 2 baths, living room, den and dining room for $49,000.

Buying this property I knew I had a lot of work to do, painting, new carpet, re-build the kitchen entirely. The den had to be completely redone and the shower was filthy. The outside was almost as bad, there was trees everywhere with leaves and broken branches on a lot 170' x 70'.

I've spent a lot of money renovating this house, the bathrooms and den had to be fixed, but it's all very nice now. Thanks to Dan, he's a doll.

I only paid $14,000 for it.

The house I bought was built in 1880. It is newly sided, with a mudroom, and a wrought iron storm door. It has 3 bedrooms, 1 bath, a large kitchen, laundry room, and a formal dining room. It needed some cosmetic work like minor roof replacing and a new furnace. I only paid $14,000 for it. Mom & dad loaned me the money (I'll pay them back).
